If you’re looking for a refreshing lemonade to make, then try this strawberry mint lemonade! Because of my lemon anti-fandom growing up, lemonade was never my beverage of choice. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I truly started appreciating it. It’s such a great drink for summer and perfect to ward off heat. I love flavored lemonades best – ones that use fresh fruit.
I love this fruity herb combination – mint is one of my favorite herbs (I can’t decide between mint, basil and cilantro) and it goes well with pretty much everything. I’ve used it in fish, tabbouleh (salad) and drinks.
