Red Heels + Olive Skinnies
The search for the perfect pair of red heels has finally ended. Thank you Vince Camuto.
I’m not exaggerating when I say I have been searching for red heels for about two years now. It’s been a slow and steady process coupled with many returns and disappointments. However, it was all worth it in the end. Vince Camuto just recently came out with these red heels – you can’t see it in these photos but they have the most adorable lace up feature around the ankle. No worries, they will be making their appearance on the blog many times so I’m sure you’ll be able to see them soon enough. I’ve mentioned before how red was never my favorite color – I always pictured it as a Valentines Day or Christmas time color. Then the hubs joined Target and my dislike of the color increased; boring red sweaters stared me in the face every day. He eventually left Target and then I started spotting bright red in magazines. My curiosity gradually evolved into this red bag and heels – and now I’m on the hunt for a pretty red dress.
What do you guys think of red? Do you love it or hate it?

Those heels are gorgeous! I do love the lace up detail around the ankle. I’m also not a red person … I don’t seem to pick up this particular color unless it’s a holiday, but I do like how you’ve paired red with the olive green. Olive green is another color that stumps me, so it’s always good to see how to add brighter colors.
