Petite Flare Denim Guide

petite flare denim
I haven’t done many posts on petite sizing because frankly, I end up wearing both petite and regular sizing frequently. Sometimes petite sizing actually looks kind of strange on me so regular sizing ends up being the better option. One area of difficulty, however, is denim. Specifically, flared denim. Lately, I’ve been having the hardest time finding flares that aren’t super long on my 5′ 2″ frame. To say it’s been a bit of a challenge is putting it very mildly. Typically, I would suggest hemming a pair of denim but as most of you know, hemming flares changes their style and shape. A definite no-go. So to try to make the never-ending search a bit easier, I’ve included several pairs of petite flares (all of which still have a few sizes left) below.

Have a great weekend and congrats to Aaron M. for being the winner of the PRMITV WORLD giveaway!

  1. I always hem my jeans (boot cut), but I suppose the long lean look of flares would change if the pants are hemmed. I’ve also tried petite pants, but the general sizing is 5ft 4 and under .. and I’m 5ft 4, so after a washing, most pants shrink 🙁

  2. Great selection Grace, it’s always nice to know which brands cater to petite sizing.
I’m like you, I can wear both petite sizing and regular sizing too. I’m 5′ 4″and I have long legs but a lot of the times petite clothing looks off on me. So annoying!

    1. Ugh, I can totally understand. Like Monica, you are just over the typical petite height which according to Asos, is 5’3″ and under. It’s definitely is annoying to find the right size!
