Peanut Butter Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
Today’s recipe is a simple peanut butter oatmeal breakfast smoothie that truly can double as dessert. It’s not low in calories (darn you peanut butter for raising the bar) but it is healthy and very filling, cutting out the incessant need for snacking that usually succeeds holiday binging. Sweet enough for dessert and wholesome enough for breakfast. As with all milk and yogurt recipes, I used whole milk/full fat. However, I recognize that many people prefer low fat and that’s ok. This smoothie will taste just as good with those substitutions and your caloric intake will decrease even more!

Yes I thought so too but then I made a chocolate cake. 😉
Are the oats cooked or raw?
Uncooked, raw oats!
