Mango Peach Coconut Smoothie

When I think of smoothies, I think summer – fresh breezes and sun kissed days by the pool. But in reality, smoothies are healthy treats to enjoy year-round, even when the weather is foul and cold. These smoothies are easy to throw together and use four fruits: bananas, mangos, peaches, and coconut for flavor. Sometimes I add flaxseed or spinach if I want to fortify it but this time, I just left it plain. I’m sure at least half of you have heard of the frozen banana trick for making smoothies. Not only can you rescue overripe bananas from being thrown out, but you can add natural sweetness to your smoothie without having to use sugar. And on top of that, you give your smoothie “ice” without having to water it down by adding real ice.

INGREDIENTS:

1 mango, sliced
1 large peach, sliced
2 frozen bananas
1/4 c coconut milk

Blend together and enjoy!

P.S. So excited for our new 4×4 Style post tomorrow – we’re having our first guest blogger and sharing with you 4 outfits to wear for Black Friday!!

    1. Yep! I don’t see why not. I’ve made it with canned coconut milk before and it works well 🙂
