Lebanese Food | Fattoush Recipe
Today’s recipe is a special one – it’s a family recipe for fattoush, the Lebanese salad that’s a mixture of veggies and fried pita chips. My mom used to make it growing up and I never truly appreciate it until I was much older. We love this salad – if you’ve never fried (or toasted in a skillet) pita, you must try it. They are a bazillion times better than croutons and they add so much flavor. This salad is super healthy with a mini splurge with the pita chips.
