Greek Food: Tzatziki Feta Burgers

Greek burgers tzatziki feta

So I know that this burger recipe isn’t authentically Greek but it does use tzatziki sauce and feta cheese so does that count? We’ve already established that I’m a bit obsessed with tzatziki sauce and at least half of you confessed your addiction to me on the last post and so the most logical thing to do is to start using it. Everywhere.

Today’s recipe is super simple. It requires french/dinner rollstzatziki sauce, feta cheese, lettuce and tomato, and ground beef.

Form your ground beef into patties with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill or on the stove until thoroughly cooked through. Place on burger buns, top with lettuce and tomatoes, add a heavy dollop of tzatziki sauce and a healthy crumble of feta and you are ready to dig in!

Really, you can’t go wrong here.

I served ours with veggie straw chips.
