Gray Skirt + Beige Cropped Trench

Sometimes I’m ready for Monday but today is one of those times where I could have had a never-ending Sunday and I would’ve been happy. We had a fun weekend – family was visiting the entire weekend so between spending time with them, visiting the Apple Fest (which hopefully you caught on Snapchat….@fashionedible), discovering an amazing coffee shop, and painting, we were busy with a capital B. It was a good busy, though, low stress and low key. In case you’re wondering what kind of painting I’m referring to, A and I decided to try our [amateur] hand at painting – we need two paintings to fill empty wall spaces and since we both like abstract art, we decided to see if perhaps we have any undiscovered art talents (even though I’m certain I have none). I’ll make sure to post the end results for you, unless they’re terrible in which case I won’t be posting anything.

 In outfit news… I’ve been wearing this beige cropped trench a lot. It’s been fun pairing it with various combinations and colors. I am also loving how much gray I have been seeing in stores. My mom is tired of it and keeps telling my sisters and me that we have way too much gray. She’s probably right but considering it’s one of my favorite colors, I can’t help it.
