Cumin Curry Tilapia with Yogurt Sauce
CUMIN-CURRY TILAPIA W. YOGURT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
2 tilapia filets
1 T butter
1 tsp curry
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp salt
Lemon
Yogurt Sauce
1/4 c yogurt
1/4 tsp curry
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp coriander
dash salt
cilantro, garnish
lemon wedges, garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix curry, cumin, coriander and salt together. Rub mixture on filets. Heat butter on medium-high until melted then add filets. Turn heat to medium and sauté fish 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and squeeze a dash of lemon over top or to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt, curry, cumin, coriander and salt. Serve yogurt sauce over fish. Garnish with cilantro and lemon.

Yum this looks amazing! I am always looking for some more fish recipes! Definitely want to try this!

YUMMM!! I haven’t had tilapia in awhile, but it’s always been my favorite fish to eat. This sauce sounds like it’s the perfect kick of flavor, and I love how creamy it looks!
This sounds great! I usually do lemon pepper tilapia (which I love), but it gets old. I’m excited to try this!
