Cumin Curry Tilapia with Yogurt Sauce

Cumin curry tilapia filets served with a cumin-curry yogurt sauce with a touch of coriander

One of the easiest dishes to prepare is fish but for some reason or another, it gets passed by all too often. Usually people think fish is too difficult to prepare or too expensive but all things considered, it’s the same as any other protein. My favorite fish recipe to make is cumin-curry tilapia. I first discovered this delicious combination when I was making curried honey mustard chicken and I accidentally added in cumin to my curry-based recipe. The results were superb and now I pair the two together often – One of the multitude of kitchen mistakes that actually has had tasty results. This recipe takes just minutes to prepare, cook and serve and it’s healthy and fresh. Non-tilapia lovers can substitute flounder or trout.
Have a great Wednesday!
