We’re finally reached the end of our house renovations. I’m sure I’ve mentioned it but we have already finished all the grunt work (tearing part the bathrooms, painting the kitchen, putting in flooring, etc etc) but the hardest part, IMO, is the decor. I’m not naturally talented in that department so I always have to seek out countless ideas in magazines and websites until I find the right fit for our place. I’m sure even after I post the BEFORE/AFTER photos, I’ll still tweak it a bit. It’s funny because a few weeks ago I thought I was done and then I came across an adorable house with different ideas that I knew I wanted to employ. Anyways, I hit up World Market yesterday in search of several things to spruce up the place. Side note – World Market is the greatest place on earth. If you guys haven’t been to one yet, you must check it out. Makes me wish I had a few more rooms to fill. I think I spent an hour and a half in there – pretty sure the employees thought I was some sort of crazy going around the place in circles. I just couldn’t take it all in! So what does World Market have to do with today’s post? Absolutely nothing. Just that these photos were taken in sort of the same vicinity.
Welcome to my rabbit-trailed mind.
