Summer Casual Outfit || DC Touring
My sister and I were just recently in DC on a fun trip to tour the city. We walked all over and on the second day, we stopped at the Jefferson Memorial. If you saw my Instagram post from the trip, you already know the trick she taught me to getting shots without masses of people in them. You have to head to the back where only a few people meander through (generally all the tourists stay at the front of the memorial). If you just wait a few minutes, you’ll be able to capture quite a few shots with no one else in them but you. You can actually see one of the photos below where I’m not-so-patiently waiting or people to walk out of the frame of the shot 🙂
Both of these outfits use LAMade for Target pieces – the navy dress and the coral top with the cutouts in the back. They are super comfortable and you can find them throughout several stores in LA. Hopefully someday the collaboration makes its way out to the East Coast. These Stan Smith sneakers have been a lifesaver in not only Ireland but also wandering about locally. I’m planning on taking them to Europe next month. Also Treasure & Bond is one of my most recent brand obsessions. I’m sure you saw the boots I featured last month in Ireland and now their denim skirt. They’re a great brand so make sure you check out Nordstrom for them!
