Striped Sweater Tunic | Fall Transition

Layering a turtleneck under a striped sweater tunic with OTK boots

This is not the week to get sick. But whadayaknow I have a sore throat. I swear I came down with it in like 2 hours (is that possible??) – yesterday we were at the gym when I started feeling an itch which in like 1 hour turned to fire in my throat. I attributed it to eating a salty lunch without drinking much water but when my eyes started watering and it wouldn’t go away, I knew I was done for. So currently I’m drowning my throat in honey and mint tea, hoping to clear this by tomorrow or Wednesday. I knew when I first saw this striped sweater tunic that it would not only make a great sleeveless sweater but it would double as a tunic dress of some sort. I had originally planned to wear this with tights but because of this day’s activities, I wore it with jeggings. Since there’s so much black, it’s actually difficult to see a difference so if you pair something similar, choose the most comfortable. I think we can honestly say that I am addicted to these boots. Don’t you just love when you realize that your splurge actually turned into a “need” and was worth every penny?
